Shopper Driver Manual
Coronacare Hawai‘i offers grocery and supply deliveries to the community on a pay-what-you-can model. We have a bank account and receive donations, and are able to put some of these funds towards purchasing things directly for people who cannot afford to pay for the items they need.
Before starting a task, text or call the recipient, introduce yourself and coordinate a good time to deliver the items needed.
We typically have our personal shopping drivers purchase the required items themselves, then reimburse them using Venmo or Paypal. If this won’t work for you, or you need some help with money up front to be able to buy the necessary items, let us know and we’ll try to work something out.
Once you’ve paid for the items, take a picture of the receipt and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org, along with your Venmo or Paypal information and we’ll get you reimbursed.
When you complete the task in Onfleet, make sure to note any items that you were unable to find at the store, or any other relevant information.
Check out the main Driver manual for further information on using the Onfleet app, etc.
If you experience any trouble, or are unable to complete a task for any reason, please contact one of our dispatchers as early as possible
